Each Lucchetto creation is prepared by hand in our atelier and dispatched with the utmost care.

Dispatch Timeline
We aim to have items posted within 3 working days of placing your order. If for some reason this can't be done you will be contacted and offered a full refund.

International Delivery
All international orders will be sent by signed for post, tracked where possible, if you require any insurance please do let us know as this may incur extra costs.

Duties & Customs
When ordering outside of the USA, we cannot be held responsible for any import duties / custom charges. These may be payable upon delivery.
