Pre-Loved & Second Hand
The majority of our products are pre-loved, second hand and new. This is part of our commitment to circular luxury. This means that they may show general wear consistent with previous use. We carefully inspect and photograph each piece and will always disclose any major issues, flaws or signs of wear in the description.

Returns
However, if you receive your item and are unhappy we will gladly accept a return, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Return Postage
We will not be held accountable for the returned postage, unless we've made a mistake.

Fees on Refunds
When refunding / cancelling an item(s), we will deduct the transaction fees we’ve paid as we are no longer getting refunded them. This will vary from 3-5% depending on your payment method.

Shipping & Customs
Returned items will not receive the original shipping costs back in the refund. Please note we do not cover the customs fees on returned orders.
